I managed to complete pretty much all of day 1. Had to give up half way thru abb ripper due to muscle failure.

I took numbers of reps and weights used, havnt processed them at all. As for diet, its really just not practical for me to follow the scheme given. I will be eating my 3 meals a day, watching my types of intakes and cutting out all snackes etc. I feel this will be enought to acheieve the desired effect.



Was happy with my first day and was also happy with the program!

08/05/2011 - Its been decided. P90X

Ive decided enough is enough. Ive been overweight and out of shape for too long.
P90X is what im going to attempt to complete and i will be updating my progress for my personal use aswell as anyone who stumbles across this blog!

I watch these youtube videos, and to be frank they look fucking amazing. Almost too good to be true, so theres only one way to find out if it works. That would be to do it myself.
